This event is the first in a new series of curated conversations for UK leaders in financial capability.
Over an informal working lunch at LFBF’s London offices hosted by LFBF CEO Shelley Doorey-Williams:
- Michael Gilmore, Founder of the Money Awareness & Inclusion Awards (The MAIAs), the annual global celebration of achievement in financial inclusion, will share insights into key initiatives from around the world;
- Pilar Guerrero, who is internationally recognised as one of Latin America’s leading experts on financial inclusion, will speak about her own award-winning work on financial education in Peru.
Discussions will then continue over lunch, as we explore together what learnings these examples offer the UK, and what insights the UK provides to the world.
