Centre for the Study of Financial Innovation (CSFI)

The CSFI is a think tank where financial services professionals and observers can share ideas about the challenges and opportunities facing the sector. It functions as a critical friend to one of the most dynamic and important parts of the UK economy, recognising that what happens in the world of financial services affects us all.

The spirit of free and intelligent discussion, unshackled by competitive restraints or partisan agendas, has been at the heart of CFSI’s work since its founding in 1993. The CSFI brand, heritage, activities, and objectives, became part of LFBF from 31 July 2024, and since December 2024, the CSFI has been led by Harry Weber-Brown, Director of Partnerships at the LFBF.

We regularly host events for CSFI members and publish industry-leading reports into key issues facing our sector.
