Empowerment, Access, Innovation

We use our 145-year heritage in financial services and education to benefit others, and work collaboratively to find innovative new ways to build financial capability in the UK.

We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to be financially capable, enabling them to participate in economic life and therefore lead more fulfilling lives, by

• having access to products and services from an innovative and inclusive financial services sector that represents and includes them;
• continuously developing financial knowledge and skills.

Awarding Chartered Status

Finance professionals can apply for Chartered status with us to demonstrate that they are highly qualified, experienced and committed to the highest professional and ethical standards.

Applications are administered by the Walbrook Institute.

Youth Financial Capability Group

We are also committed members of the Youth Financial Capability Group (YFCG), which brings together charities who have a significant focus on developing the financial capability of young people in the UK.
