UK Savings Week 2026

The LFBF is delighted to support this year’s UK Savings Week event, organised by the Building Societies Association (BSA).
UK Savings Week is a national campaign to help people
- build better savings habits
- strengthen financial resilience
- improve mental wellbeing
by bringing organisations together to highlight the benefits of having and actively managing savings.
The overarching campaign aims are to help people to build their financial resilience by finding a way to save that works for them; and to encourage those with savings to actively engage and manage their savings to make them work as hard as possible for them
These aims align very closely with the LFBF vision, which is that “everyone should have the opportunity to be financially capable, enabling them to participate in economic life and therefore lead more fulfilling lives, by having access to products and services from an innovative and inclusive financial services sector that represents and includes them and by continuously developing financial knowledge and skills.”
